Features of the Anti-Spam of the Mail.UA

Anti-Spam of the Mail.ua service is built based on "whitelist" approach, i.e. only people who present in your Address Book can send you emails. Any other emails are treated as unsolicited messages and are placed into "Spam" folder.

Attention!

According to features described above, user of any other mail service (non-Mail.ua) will be able to send you an email only in case:

  1. If you sent him email before and recipient address added to your "whitelist"
  2. If he sent his first message from your cover page (http://yourname.mail.ua), checked by our system
